TIPS FOR VISITORS

  • Wear Layers: Even the warmest day cools off in the evening. The Marine fog can start in the morning and then cool off midday. Always have a sweater.

  • Plan Around Events: Book accommodations early and plan for traffic during our annual events and Fourth of July. Pismo Beach streets can be challenging to access and the hotel sells out!

  • Hit the water: Ocean temps hover in the 50s–60s°F. It is great for wetsuit-equipped surf and paddle activities throughout the year: Eventbrite+5beachbumparadise.com+5experiencepismobeach.com+5californiatravelbook.comexperiencepismobeach.com.
